Holiday Party: Spots Now Available

The Board has deliberated and made it possible for 100 people to now attend the holiday party.
Because the Association has to provide an updated count for the event 5 days prior, if you have signed up on the waitlist, you have 24 hours to deliver payment to either Management or the front desk to officially reserve your spots for the party. Please also contact us if you wish to release your sign up for the waitlist. We want to make sure to provide enough time for others to sign up in the open space if you no longer can attend. Please contact Management right away to arrange payment.

As a reminder:
There are 2 Attendees allowed Per Unit:
$40 Per Resident Attendee
$100 Per Additional Guest
All payments need to be checks payable to: The Grande North HOA

If you are not on the waitlist yet, don’t fret. Contact Management or the front desk to sign up, as we currently have a few open spaces.
At 8am tomorrow, Wednesday, December 5th all remaining spots that are not paid for will then become available on a first come first serve basis. Payment needs to be provided to front desk at time of sign up to be counted. Sign-ups will officially close at 8am on Friday, December 7th.
