Best practices are to treat the Common Areas as you would someone else’s home as it is a shared space.

  1. For courtesy to your neighbors using the BBQ as well as prolonging the life of the BBQ equipment clean the BBQ while hot immediately after use.
  2.  BBQ tools are located in a bin beneath the sink if you do not have your own.
  3. Do not put oil or food waste down the sink as it will clog the drain.
  4. Remember that glass is not allowed anywhere in the pool area for safety reasons.
  5. Share the BBQ and refrigerator space with other residents.
  6. Please remember to return ice scoop to the proper slot so it does not get covered by fresh ice.
  7. Ask staff if you need assistance with BBQ, space heaters or fire tables and we are happy to assist you.
