Staff Holiday Fund

This year we have noticed a drastic decline in the holiday fund contributions and want to encourage owners to provide their annual contribution ASAP before the 1st round of distributions are provided to the staff next Friday, December 10th. The distributions are based on a formula approved by the Board which allocates the contributions to the team members according to duration of time at the building and if the position is the lead (i.e. the person who has been here 8 years and is the lead will get a larger percentage of the overall distribution than someone who has only been at the building for 3 months). So please don’t hold back your contribution because you have seen a few new faces on the team as this holiday bonus is a big lift to the teams moral and pocket books headed into the Holiday gift season. 😊.
If you would like to thank the Front Desk Associates, Security, Janitorial & Maintenance staff with a confidential monetary gift, please make your check (no cash please) payable to: The Grande North at Santa Fe Place or you can request a credit card payment by invoice with Assistant Manager Kyndra Harnage, kharnage@actionlife.com. Your contribution will be distributed to the staff on Friday, December 10th, so, if at all possible, please make your contribution on or before December 9th. Contributions made after the 10th will be issued prior to or just after the New Year. We hope that better clarifies the Holiday fund distribution for those that are new to the building or have raised questions recently about how the money gets distributed to the team.
