California Mask Guidance Update
Posted By kharnage on February 11, 2022
The Association will be relaxing the current State and local indoor mask guidelines that have been in place over the last two months, after the February 15th deadline expires. As of February 16th, 12:01 am, The Grande North residents and guests will no longer be required to wear masks inside of the building if fully vaccinated. This would mean a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines. For more information on this please refer to the CDC website https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019ncov/vaccines/stay-up-to-date.html. Masks will still be required within the building for any resident or guest who is not fully vaccinated. The Association does not intend to check the vaccination status of all residents and guests, but instead, will rely on the honor system for vaccination compliance.
Vendors, whether hired by the Association or by homeowners, will continue to be required to wear masks in the building until State and local guidelines allow for all workers to remove masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. All building staff will continue to wear a mask inside the building while working as CDC, State, and local workplace guidance are revised over the coming months. Please reach out to Management if you have any follow-up questions or concerns regarding this information.
