High Wind and Rain Warning Information

Posted By on August 18, 2023

Hurricane Hillary is expected to bring strong winds and rain to San Diego County as early as Saturday night, through Monday morning. Because of this, we are advising all residents to remove or secure any items (furniture cushions, umbrellas, tables, potted plants, heaters, etc.) on your balcony due to reported high winds this weekend. Many patio furniture cushions come with ties to keep them strapped down, however, if yours do not, these are usually the first item to fly off the balcony. You may not think that heavier items on your patio could be lifted off the deck by the wind due to perceived weight, but we have seen large items fly off patios causing a huge risk of serious damage to property or people below.
