What can I find on the Resident Portal?
The resident portal is available to only our residents. The “Announcements” section on the main homepage allows you to access building information such as Wi-Fi info & ongoing Construction Projects. The portal allows you to set up assessment auto pay, manually pay your HOA fees, view your account ledger & statements, and more! Also found on the website under “My Community:” Governing documents, maintenance documents & specs, association forms, emergency documents & manuals, meeting minutes, financials, reserve studies, community amenity calendar, and more!
Our new SnapHOA Resident Mobile App will allow you to perform the most commonly used actions from the Resident Portal on your mobile device! You’ll be able to take advantage of the following benefits immediately, with some additional features. You will not need to re-register or create a new account if you already have a Resident Portal account. You can use the same username and password to access the Resident Portal Mobile App.
Features Currently Available:
- Announcements – see what’s happening in the community
- My Account – see current balance and recent activity, pay by e-check or credit card, and set up auto pay
- View and Create Work Orders
- View and Respond to Violations
- View Architectural Applications – see the status of the application
- Contact information – update contact info and contact preferences for all household members

NOTE: Only register a new account if you do not have an existing Resident Portal account:
To register, you must download the application via either link above, depending on your mobile platform, and then obtain your registration code from your statement.
