Grande North Residents:
As the holiday season approaches and the spirit of gift giving grows, we invite you to join us in celebrating the amazing team that keeps The Grande North running smoothly all year long! Many Grande North residents wish to express their gratitude for the staff’s hard work and dedication throughout the year. We’re delighted to offer you the opportunity to show your appreciation for the dedicated team members who serve our community.
These are the friendly faces who greet us as we come and go, receive our packages, and welcome our guests. And while some contributions go unseen, they’re no less important — from those who keep the trash rooms clean and the amenities sparkling, to those who ensure our water flows and our air conditioning runs smoothly. Every member of The Grande North team plays a vital role in the comfort, safety, and beauty of our community — and this is our chance to say “thank you.”
We encourage residents to contribute to the Grande North Team Holiday Fund, which will go directly toward holiday bonuses for our hardworking staff. Every contribution, large or small, makes a difference in showing our gratitude and appreciation. The amount you give is, of course, entirely voluntary and completely confidential. The funds collected will be distributed to our team members based on their length of service to the community.
If you have any questions or if this is your first Holiday Season as a Grande North resident and would like assistance with your donation, you may email Yesly at ysotoleon@actionlife.com and she can provide you with information regarding the range of what other residents have historically donated in the past.
To make a donation, please mail or drop off a check to the Management Office made payable to: “The Grande North HOA.”Please note that we are unable to accept cash donations.
Your contribution will be distributed to the staff before the Christmas holiday. However, we will continue to accept gifts throughout the month of December until the first week of January 2027.
Our team members are grateful to have the opportunity to support the excellent standards of the community and serve the esteemed residents of this beautiful building.
